hmmm...well, we actually go to a lot of places and just DIG! :D But I know of a couple of stores that have a bit more than most:
www.kohls.com
www.oldnavy.com (we find a lot of cute shirts there!)
www.dillards.com
www.foleys.com
Also, you could try a google search on "modest clothing" and I bet you could find a lot!
I know what you mean by "frumpy"! I like to find clothing that are cute and stylish, but modest as well!! :D I hope those websites help a bit. I've also found that the store itself tends to have more than their websites. So you might want to try that too. If you want any other links, you can email me at cmarie@familyreformation.org
God bless!

Jessica,
I remembered one of the number one places that we get our skirts:
www.aprilcornell.com
Some of their stuff is a bit on the exspensive side, but we find a lot of stuff in the clearance section.

A great place to find long skirts is chadwicks.com. Ever heard of them? I love their clothes!
