Tiff's Home!!!

Tiffany's home! Yeah! We're so happy! Last night, while Dad and Mom went to get her from the airport (She was going to land at 8:30)Christa, Melissa, James and I got out a deck of cards and decided to play until she showed up and eat "After Eights" simply because it was after 8. :) Tiffany did finally arrive, her suitcase filled with things that made us jealous to the EXTREME, I must say. :D But we're all so happy for her to be home!!!

Two birthdays that should be honorably mentioned

I just thought I'd mention that we recently celebrated Nathan Huber's 23rd Birthday and my brother James' 22nd birthday (Yikes these guys are getting old!) We had part of Nathan's family down here (the rest of them were in different states for various reasons. :), and of course my brother's family is already here :). It was lots of fun! I took several pictures (before our camera went dead!) and I'll post them as soon as I can.

I thought I'd post and mention that I've seen three new movies this week that were very enjoyable and good. The titles: "Two Brothers"; "The Village" and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"(the new one, with Johnny Depp). I must admit that I really liked them all. The only thing that disturbed me about the Chocolate Factory was the last Oompa-Loompa song. Other than that it was fine. Johnny Depp is hysterical and the boy that played for Charlie Bucket is adorable. I can't reccomend it, since there isn't really any NEED to see it, but if you ever want to have a little fun, go watch it. I was laughing so hard...VERY funny.
As for the Village, let me tell you...it wasn't as scary as it's made out to be. It was a little tense at times, and I was quite disturbed when the blind girls fiance gets stabbed, though. Many people have told me that it's terryfying and that they literally screamed....but I didn't find it as scary as that.
As for "Two Brothers"...it's adorable. I cried on it, just because it was so sweet and touching. Nothing objectional in it that I can think of, a good family movie.

A sad forenight ahead...

My dear sister Tiffany has left us for 2 weeks. I am very heartbroken. She is staying with Matt and Jennie Chancey to help them out a bit with their kids (which is a VERY good cause, if she had left us for any other reason I wouldn't have let her go!). If you want to read about her flight you can go to: www.itsthesimplethings.blogspot.com . *sigh* It's very gloomy around here without her. I just don't know what I'll do when she gets married and moves away. (Actually, I do know what I'd do...but I won't mention it :D) I miss her so much. We always had the nicest chats together or walks. Just the other day she and I had a nice walk around the neighborhood...barefoot...just before a storm. Is there any felicity in the world supperior to that?! I don't think so.
Well, my Dear brother William is crying so I'd better close.
